This randomized controlled study examines the use of infrared light to increase blood flow in the brain in adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Researchers will also evaluate whether this treatment improves executive functioning. The study includes individuals with TBI as well as healthy control participants and involves multiple visits over a 4–5 month period for those with TBI.
