This study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of the BrainQ Q Therapeutic System (BQ 3.0), a wearable brain stimulation device, to improve arm and hand function in adults with chronic stroke (6 months to 5 years post-stroke). The study lasts up to 8 months and includes screening visits, 12 weeks of home-based treatment sessions (5–7 times per week), possible additional treatment, and follow-up assessments. Participants wear the device while performing arm and hand guided exercises, with caregiver assistance required.
