This clinical trial is evaluating NVG-291, an investigational drug, in adults ages 18–75 with cervical spinal cord injuries. The study is designed to assess the safety and tolerability of NVG-291, as well as its potential to improve nerve connectivity, hand function, strength, and walking ability in individuals with subacute (20–90 days post-injury) and chronic (1–10 years post-injury) spinal cord injury. Participants will receive daily subcutaneous injections of either NVG-291 or a placebo and complete study assessments over several weeks.
