This study will assess the effectiveness of an investigational device called the Stride Plus. Participants wear a device in their shoes that measures walking speed, step length, and step width. Participants use headphones which emit music and sounds to cue walking speed. The system sends signals from the sensors to make adjustments to the rhythm of music being played through the headphones to encourage faster walking.
