This study seeks to improve arm and hand function in individuals with spinal cord injury. Noninvasive stimulation to both the brain and spinal cord simultaneously, will be provided to participants. Additionally, intraoperative pairing of cortical and spinal stimulation will be provided to individuals who have been scheduled for a clinically indicated cervical surgery.
