The focus of the study would be to improve balance and walking in Individuals who had suffered a stroke (more than 6 months ago) by combining the use of the Helius PoNS device with Physical Therapy. The commitment of the study is for 12 weeks and then one follow up PT evaluation visit in our clinic 12 weeks after the last PT visit.
