Bam! It’s Shabbat with Emeril

BINA ran an innovative and exciting fundraising campaign, “Bam! It’s Shabbat with Emeril”. This gourmet culinary experience, the first of its kind in the New York/New Jersey area, was personally curated by legendary Master Chef Emeril Lagasse who created a delicious Friday night dinner menu. The meal was beautifully prepared, packaged and delivered to people’s homes by Jeremy Goldfeder of JM Food Event Design. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and participants greatly enjoyed Shabbat dinner while supporting brain injury survivors with their donation.
