After brain injury, families begin living in a world most people will never understand. BINA steps into that world with them, helping families navigate life after brain injury and celebrate every moment of progress with the people they love. BINA’s annual crowdfunding campaign, A World of Difference, took place on July 19-21, 2026 exceeding the original campaign goal of $850,000 for an impressive total of $903,378. With the help of our devoted friends who took team pages and the thousands of donors to the campaign, we will be able to continue standing at the side of brain injury, stroke and spinal injury survivors of all ages and their families and ensure that they are never alone while on the long road to recovery.
