Timing Of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (Tdcs) Combined With Speech And Language Therapy (Slt): An Intervention Development Study For Aphasia (Tdcs)

To evaluate whether transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) can improve speech and language therapy outcomes and determine the optimal time to deliver tDCS. The study will determine if it is better to receive tDCS before, during, or after the speech and language therapy session.
